Dissolving strips or effervescent tablets?

By MD Alliance Group · Updated September 14, 2026

Two formats. A different way to fit your daily routine.

Format changes the way a supplement fits into your routine. Our current FAST range includes effervescent tablets and dissolving strips. Here is how they differ in use.

Effervescent tablets: prepare a drink

FAST Relax Night and FAST Ultimate Force are designed to dissolve in water before use. Each pack contains 15 tablets. Follow the product-specific label for the amount of water, serving size, and timing.

Dissolving strips: no water or mixing

FAST Neuro Boost uses thin strips that dissolve on the tongue. Place each strip on the tongue and let it dissolve completely; do not swallow the strips whole. The labelled daily directions are three strips at a time, three times daily, for nine strips in total.

Compare servings, not pieces

A Neuro Boost pack contains 189 strips, which provides 21 daily servings at the labelled directions. Relax Night and Ultimate Force each contain 15 one-tablet servings. The number of pieces in a pack is therefore different from the number of servings.

Choose the routine, then check the formula

Strips offer convenience when you prefer to take a supplement without preparing a drink. Effervescent tablets involve a glass of water. The formats also contain different formulas, so check the full ingredient list, allergens, and directions for the product you are considering.
